Design-Build in Pacific Palisades

Much of the Palisades is rebuilding after the January 2025 fire. We work with homeowners and their architects on the parts that give a new house its character: terraces and outdoor rooms, plaster walls, stone, steel gates and railings, and the kitchen and built-ins inside.

Rebuilding here means building for fire. Noncombustible decking, ember-resistant details, stone and plaster that stand up to heat. It's how we already build in Malibu.
