Design-Build in Malibu

Building here means salt air, steep lots and some of the strictest fire rules in the state. We choose materials that hold up to all three: lime plaster that breathes, stone set to last, steel finished for the coast, decking and details made for a high fire zone.

Our own homes have been through Malibu's planning and coastal review, so we know what a build here asks for before it starts.
